I don't know if he had a chemical imbalance or was a misanthrope, but I do know neither affliction favors one race over another. Nor are they indicators of a predilection towards homicidal tendencies. The words ISMAIL AX in red ink on his arm, seems ritualistic and tattoo-like. It may be from a ritual either taught to him, performed with him, or dreamed by him. I see a message in that taken from the Old Testament and part of the Koranic basis for Muslim extremism. Ismail was originally supposed to die under his father's hand. His father dreamed it was an order from God. To comprehend the importance of the word ax you need to know that Ibrahim, the father of Ismail, did great damage with his ax.
