Apple's Prince Wants To Talk

by Jon Swartz
San Francisco Chronicle

>Saudi Prince Al-Waleed Bin Talal, who almost overnight has become
Apple Computer's second-largest shareholder, says he intends to talk to
Apple executives as well as his ``good friend'' Larry Ellison to see who has a
better plan to save the troubled computer maker.

``Things could be resurrected there and we could have the old Apple back,''
Al-Waleed told Bloomberg News in an interview from his Riyadh, Saudi
Arabia, home Wednesday. ``I will listen to both sides; I need to see which
one convinces me more.'' <
