[news of the day: QWST, COMS] Qwest IPO'd today at 22, opened trading at 27.5, peaked at 29.25, drooped to 26.75, and closed at 28 on upward movement at the close. COMS reported after the bell. $.48/share earnings hit the street number on the head. No news yet on after-hours movement. mark
