Clayton,

The part that I recall was near the very end of the CC.

One of the analysts specifically said something like "I'm having trouble understanding the numbers. What was EPS in Q4?"

The company, instead of saying Q4 numbers were X, said instead, "well Q3 was X, and our Year end was Y."

The analyst after a pause says something like "So Q4 EPS was $0.12?"

The company says "basically."

Basically? I have never heard management dance around a number like that. Maybe there's nothing to it, but it leaves me wondering whether or not there are some issues with the auditors. I love the story of the stock and like the sector, but I have to admit that I'm concerned with the way the CC went. To some of the analysts they were saying "We'll fax you the numbers by the end of the week" as if they hadn't figured everything out yet. Why not put the info out with the press release in public record?

Don't get me wrong. I'm wanting to invest here and the outlook seems stellar, but the communication was dissappointing and leaves me wondering both 1) if they're on top of the financials, and 2) if they're playing around with the figures. The stock price action shows that I'm not the only one concerned by the unorthodox reporting

Shane.
