Peter,
Civil law is different from constitutional law. As I noted before Const. law defines how the Government treats its citizens. In civil law anyone can bring suit for anything. Just because you "publish" doesn't give you civil rights so address SI posts to someone and not to yourself or "to all". Traditional media hides behind the First Admn. but they lose as in the case of Gen. Bill Westmoreland and the Oregon Apple growers when they publish libelous statements that are not factual. The posts on SI for the most part and especially from Wexler are well researched and one could reference public information for the basis of many of his posts. He is a financial Sherlock and is excellent at his job. Any lawsuit attempts against Wexler would immediately put the company under a financial microscope and they probably cant stand up to that kind of scruteny.
