I agree with you completely reguarding approvals for sale in places
like Romania and Kenya. They need the product, but its not likely they
can pay for it.
Reguarding the packaging issue. The Singapore plant manufactured
the actual product while the sterile packaging was done by an outside vendor. The costs became prohibitive. The deal with UK/Wesley
delivers a manufactured and packaged product ready for shipping.
Packaging seems like a trivial issue, but when you are dealing with hundreds of thousands of units the hassles and costs can mount quickly.
I agree with you 1000% reguarding reverse splits, management
stock options and new private placements. I don't know what the
answer is but I don;t think reverse splits are going to cut it
