Release of the material was probably inevitable eventually. Law enforcement sometimes releases or leaks such things. Eventually some politicians, one can guess, will likely to have useless attention-getting hearings, so politicians will get their hands on copies eventually and if the material hadn't already been released its for darn sure it would be leaked then. Thats how the Abu Ghraib photos got out. Politicians poring over the military's inhouse investigation. Cho referred to the Columbine killers as martyrs, so in some sense, Cho was a copycat of them. Will someone other demented, evil-prone individual copy Cho someday? Unfortunately its certainly possible.
