Hi Luis---Just a few thoughts on your concerns--The thing that is exciting about Ozon is that they have developed a process that deals with free radicals by tailoring the process for each individual application needed. That is why it is taking so long for production to start.Precision and failproof testing are what is going to put this process over the top.Ozon is actually writing the code for the ozone industry.As far as supporting arguments for irradiation goes, every argument has its positive side. I personally don't give a rats ass how much they say it's safe. I don't want any process that needs to build 60 nuclear reactors to support its existance, nor do I trust ANY information put out by the nuclear industry. All you have to do is research the deceitfull practices and mis-information of the nuclear industry to know they can't be trusted. I don't want to be this generation's guinea pig and grow another head on my shoulder in 20 years, certainly not when there is a better alternative.also,you have to understand that the food industry is in a panic for a quick fix to the incrdible bad press and recalls of products in recent times. They will accept ANY process the gov't will back and the people will accept. That is why the lobbying is so intense and mis-information will be the order of the day to gain public acceptance. Look, Ozon can't rush their process because to put out an imperfect and not fully tested product would only cause failure and set-back with the public. Be patient, sit back and read through the last 100 or so posta on this thread. You will be amazed at the research done by some. Anyway, that's my long winded answer to your questions. See ya! Bob
