The situation is discouraging...and there don't seem to be enough talented individuals to help us with the problem. In addition to mental problems someone was born with or developed early on, now we add to the mix the problems that come with drug and/or alcohol addiction....not only with mentally ill patients, but with the general populace.

There are plenty of fingers of blame that are pointing, but in reality, until all citizens come to grip with the all the questions, there can be no consensus on any of the answers.
