There was an interview with the ceo on yahoo finance vision last night. Sounded like a vague whisper of a possible guidedown for the nearterm to me. Maybe other people thought the same thing.

For whatever reason, the stock closed under the old low. Not good news. New lows, beget new lows and sometimes the real news isn't out until it's gone down alot.

If the shares were mine, I would have bought some puts as a hedge.
