Rubber bullets are designed for large caliber smoothbore guns, like shotguns or Verey pistols. The bullet is shot at the ground to ricochet into its target. They can be lethal if they hit you directly.

'Airline' rounds are frangible bullets that destroy a lot of tissue without continuing through to penetrate the plane's body. They're intended to limit damage to the plane, not the human body.
