Andrew,

with respect to your question:

<<Question to Mr. Hull: can you provide us with a schedule of future depreciation expenses from INTC's current asset base for the next couple of years? And how much additional depreciation expense is scheduledto occur from planned expansion in the next couple of years?>>

Answer: No, we don't release that data. You can appreciate why -- we're ~10% of the semi-equipment capital spending in the industry. If I told you what our forecasted depreciation was, some smart analyst would reverse calulate our CAPX spending and either buy or short guys like AMAT based on that expectation. Besides, our out-year CAPX spending is a fairly fluid number that is regularly being revised. [sorry]

Regards,
John Hull
