Perhaps they got confused and this was meant to be at EuroDisney in France.

Some things I've been looking at:

FGP trading around $19 and has a 10% distribution. The CEO recently upped his stake in it.

CP playing it for the break-up value.

EuroDisney for a long shot. Selling for about 1.10 Euros on Paris exchange.
