Al Gore continued to undermine his candidacy by fibbing his way out of the presidency. Like I said... each of us has know someone in our lives who was gregarious, and likeable enough, except they had that nasty habit of exaggerating the facts or their own accomplishments. All those people need do is ask themselves whether they would have voted that person into office (of any type)... I don't want to call this over yet, but Gore is going to need to do some fancy footwork tomorrow in order to regain his momentum.. And the market ain't helping him... Question of the day... will we break 3,100 on the Nasdaq and revisit 3,040-50? Bigger question... will we break that MAJOR SUPPORT LEVEL and go down to 2,900? The put/call ratio says that we're getting close to a capitulation sell off, but we still have to worry about all those young pups who call themselves "money managers" trying to figure out how to salvage their bonuses before the end of the month... This is going to be interesting....
