[Clarification]

<<<Can you please clarify for me what aspect of business AMTX has so much of they can't handle and have to turn customers away?>>>

They are receiving so much interest in their products, they have to decide which directions to pursue. As I've been told, "We can't do it all."

I'm very frustrated because I've learned a lot I can't share. I talked to a well-respected analyst this morning who's planning on bringing out a major report in the near future. I know it will be positive and I also know he's waiting on additional numbers before releasing anything. I asked for his unbiased opinion on the Cisco-Alcatel press release and he said, "Cisco will kiss all the girls." He confirmed all I was told yesterday. Incidentally, when he brings out his report he won't spin Cisco. His support will be based on Amati's partnerships and carrier relationships. He's also appalled at the valuation difference between us and one of our competitors. In his words, "It's completely unjustified."

And not so incidentally, he confirmed that we'll get one or two licensing agreements very soon. I asked what that meant and he said, "Imminent." I said, "June?" and he said, "Yes." I hope he's right.

Cheers!

Pat
