You would think that the founder/CEO of a leading networking company who sold most of his shares in the high 70's would think that the shares of his company would be a great bargain at half the price he sold, right?! Well instead he uses that window of opportunity and sells a bunch more! Now that, I can not make any sense of. Sure he needs to be diversifed, he has a wife and family to support, he needs to buy another mansion in South of France, etc. But would you not think he would be thinking to himself, "Gee, if I buy now at 60% discount to the high, I will be even richer in a few months from now and have more money not only to support my own family but the entire neighborhood!"
