Hi Wendy, Not certain how the lawsuit would affect those like me who have finally sold there stock. In prior instances in which I have been involved in a class action law suit, members of the class did not necessarily need to be currently holding the stock, they just needed to have purchased the stock or options during a defined time period. Sometimes I have gotten notices of the class action from my broker, and sometimes only because I have seen something on the Net. If anyone ever hears or sees some notice about a class action against EOSC or the other rascals who emptied our pockets, please put the notice here. Elliot
