Mister T: I believe the FCC is looking into access charges at the present time. Access Fees that long distance companies pay and the lack of fees that ISP's pay. We can forget $19.95/month unlimited access if the RBOCs are able to charge ISP's for connect time.

Wireless technology to bypass the RBOC's... I believe the likes of LU,Ericsson, etc. will make those boxes....from techwire...

techweb.com

AT&T (T): VERY Interesting!! They are talking about offering local service via wireless instead of wireline. Very interesting move which could accelerate the wireless competition even further. This is a significant landscape shift for local loop by a telecom leader. This might further the demand for wireless infrastructure ( LU, ERICY, QualComm, Motorola, NOK.A)

PS.. Still holding ALL my NCR stock... those 5 or 6 shares are here somewhere... I couldn't transfer shares into NCR.... I view LU as a core holding for the long run... until later..
