At December 31, 2011, the Company is indebted to the BCCA for $308,800, related to the CRA Amendment payments.

It appears NONE of the collaborative payments (R&D) have been made and VRS is in debt to the licensor. Did I not read some cheerleader here saying VRS had no debt??

I read this as VRS being in default and at risk of losing its licensing rights.
