Ron, I believe the ONLY way PA/VV can get controlling interest is by buying at a PREMIUM to market price. It's like this- no one in their right mind is going to sell a $115 stock for $90 unless the stock falls to that price, at which time the buying drives the price up again. Therefore, PA/VV end up chasing their tails. He needs to offer a premium to current market price in order for people to tender their shares, and with a stock like GNET, the markup will have to be substantial.
