that $3000 dollar reaction vessel can be made for about $300

less if you scrounge. check your waste water department locally. they use an antifoaming agent that comes in plastic 55 gallon drums. my local department gave me a dozen of them. free. if i bought them would cost about $60 each.
they have another ten next week ready for me. gonna take all they will give me.

low voltage pumps can be used. old electric fuel pumps off dead vehicles will work.
