Steve - TX filed an S-3 on Feb 18, proceeds to be used for working capital, for retirement of debt and for other general corporate purposes. Could they use that $, or do they need an S-3 which specifically mentions RNTK? David by the river with a spliff [oh noooo! Now you've got me doing it!] LOL
