depends. since you were assigned, your prem rec'd takes on the holding period of the underlying.**
if you had sold the options naked, they are always STCG once the positions is closed.
if your CC's were to expire or you bot them back, they are STCG.

**it also depends if the CC's were "qualified" or not (that is, DITM calls or not, as prescribed by the irs)
