Getting into Cree for the first time...

I currently do not have a position in this company but I have read enough to know I would like to get in. With the recent run-up is it wise to take a position at this time or better to wait for a pullback?

I also noticed calls are very expensive and puts with strike prices further out in time have very little volume. (For example CQRUB's Sep 110 puts have zero volume). Very strange considering the run-up to 160 has happened only over the last week. You would think there would be someone buying the puts.

In order to get in right now, one idea was to sell puts and use the proceeds to buy calls. But with the little volume on the puts I'm not sure that is the best idea.

Any comments/ideas much appreciated.
