228.7 pounds. I am UP 2.6 pounds in one week. Now that's discouraging! Puts me back to my weight of three weeks ago. I got carried away with my smoothies. I was buying skim milk in gallon jugs, and switched over to dry. I guess I mixed it too rich. Plus each one had a banana and a half cup of yogurt in it.

So smoothies will go back to being berries, splenda and water. With a two oz scoop of dry milk. Other than that, I am living off my turkey chili, Lamb, carrot and barley stew. Plus baked zucchini and onions. I post my weight each week because if forces me to follow my diet.

I will get three CT scans in the next couple of weeks. A heart scan, a abdomen, and a chest. The abdomen is to recheck my kidney that they pulled the tumor off early this year, the Chest is a recheck of a benign node in my lung that my EBT scan showed last year.

The average Chest X-ray gives you about 10 Millirems exposure. When I add these three up plus the abdomen one I got last summer, they will give me a total of 1680 Millirems this year. I will glow like a Nagasaki survivor! But the trade-off is that I catch any cancer early. Since I have already had two cancer ops in my life, it's obvious I am genetically disposed for it.
