It would have been easy for him to explain that Afghanistan was a direct result of 9/11, and Iraq is a result of the change in paradigm caused by 9/11. It wouldn't have been easy for him unless he had a teleprompter. That argument doesn't make rational sense and requires the correct slogans and sound bytes to be made at all. There were many countries who were a bigger threat than Iraq, they just didn't have oil. TP
