well, the offer is tendered tomorrow, but I decided to hold on to the shares I had. If it goes through, then I get $7, if it doesn't, then it will probably go up as we could expect a counter offer. One broker advised me to sell, one said to hold, neither are usually right...didn't find anything more about the buyers.
