Overthrowing the Taliban AFTER 9/11 was something a 10 year-old could have decided on. shrub gets ZERO credit for that...it was a given.
NOT ignoring all the warnings from a wide range of sources BEFORE 9/11 is also something a 10 year-old could have done.
shrub gets an unmeasurable DEDUCTION of credit for his willful ignorance.
