Kerry Waffling a) He claims he will not give other nations veto power over American foreign policy, then seconds later declares we must meet a "global test". Waffling, but pretty clear what his position is. b) He claims he will bring other nations into the war, but the war is the "Wrong War, Wrong Time, Wrong Place". Waffling like hell, but pretty clear what his position is. c) He claims he supports our soldiers, yet he refused to support funding for them.
