DJBEIBO - The Class action suit also includes:

"...and All Others Similarly Situated..." for which I am one.

There are many other shareholders accounting for several million shares just from this thread alone that raised these issues to the BOD(in writing...see the white paper) last year.

Also, it was brought to the attention of Calpers and many other 5% share holders who now will perhaps review their holdings as a direct result of this event.

I do not expect anything financial from this suit but hope it eventually results in Novell cleaning out the rotten apples at the BOD level. Only until this occurs (IMO) can Novell complete their restructuring program.

Dodn't you care if your management is telling you the complete story about how your company is doing? I can not think of any sustained corporate turnaround where the management lies to it's shareholders.

This is just another problem the company Novell must deal with. Eventually it will be resolved with an infusion of new Directors and trusting management. Then perhaps the business at hand can be completed. However, this will take more time!

I wonder what the largest shareholder is thinking....Noorada? Maybe he should come back and relieve Young as COB.
