John: Your TA matches mine. And I agree this will prove to be a false penetration, and AGPH will bounce today. Too help out, the S&P futures are up 12 right now, 10 min. before open. OTOH, there have been at least two examples in the last week of stocks falling >10% the day before bad news is announced.
