This is a secret Russian weapon from the Crimean war. It is an anti missile radio MIRV. Radar fired, this will intercept an RPG and pre-explode it. What it does is spread a dense pattern of crap in the path of the rpg causing detonation. Originally designed to counter black powder rockets, it was abandoned at the time because radio had not yet been invented. Uptodate version of new anti-antitank device. Actual Plans for a WOMD. This is a version of the V2 launcher. The warhead is actually rock and roll badly played. It was supposed to demoralize youth and make them rebel against society, thereby causing western civilization to disintegrate. Another anti-missile weapon. This one was a failed experiment that was supposed to deflect naval gunnery.
