Regarding the insider selling earlier, the stock that was sold was options stock bought at the time of selling for $1.00-3.87 per share and then sold for nice profit. These shares were not their regular holdings.

It is quite common in business to grant options as perks, and if one does not take advantage of them, then that is basically money not in the bank to them.

IMO, I don't have a problem with this, and does not reflect on the management or everyday operations.

Just providing this to answer some questions or doubts. Hope this helps to dispel any questions.
