Dave, I am optimistic about TRKN's flowfill and Al tools. Dielectric constant used today is around 3.8 to 4.1. I don't know if TRKN's k is <3.0. and that requires a liner between metal lines due to very common problem as other low k has. So how much low k material can be filled in? Not much. I know some fab is evaluating their flow fill tool. Hope they will get some orders. Al fored fill is good tool. MORI: I don't count on that. Only 12 systems for 7-8 fabs, that means most of them are in R&D lab. If they bought for production, at least 4 to 6 system for each fab. MORI has been on market for years, on 12, tough. Let's wait for big boys like TI, seimans place big orders. Semicon BTW SUNW is not a semiconductor company.
