Today is the last day of the end of quarter portfolio shuffling. Also, institution managers are nervous, and gravitate toward big caps now. So money is moving out of small caps. Hi tech probably will be under pressure until upside earning surprise occurs in July. Does anyone know what ASND relative strength (RS) is ?
