Peter: It would appear that the shareholders now have a position in PWPH (TACN) based on the second press release. I would expect some clarification from Reyes, or someone at Agroworld, would be forthcoming.... although, nothing is certain. Second release states the cigar company will be aquired for company stock.... I wonder what the shares outstanding are minus Agroworld (assuming Reyes' stock will not remain) and what was price of the Dominican Cigar company JMHO Roy
