It is possible to get 110% efficiency from a fuel cell as the the waste heat can be converted directly to electricity by the Fisher-Rombauer process. Normal fuel cells are only 90% efficient but you get another 20% if you use their heat. They create fuel (Hydrogen, upon splitting the water molecule in creating electricity) and this can be burned to prolong the cycle, giving another 50%, so actually 160% is possible. Plug one fuel cell into another and all you have to do is piss in the tank to keep it operating forever. If you cruise slowly by a row of Eucalyptus trees and munch on them to provide juice the process is bio-infinite.
