Is this company a proxy for things to come in the NASDAQ?

Everyone talks about the growth BEAS will sustain over the next couple of years, yet as you see, it's scooping up dirt at its 52 week low.

Something tells me that it is the Capital Spending vacuum [that investors expect to catch up with this guy] that is hurting it. That vacuum could bring the NASDAQ to new lower lows too.
