I'm sure if the SEC wanted any of us 'little guys', all they need to do is look at this message thread, the old one on AOL and anywhere on the web (Motley Fool,etc) to find a plethora of candidates.

If you have documentation that would assist the SEC, you should contact them. At least that's my opinion.
