Hi Jim. I will be happy to participate in your e-mail tests. I guess you didn't read my whole profile. I changed my AOL screenname to : Briancog. Just didn't re-register here. You can send your test messages to: Briancog@aol.com You went on to say that I "...seem to work for them...". Not so. Never have. I am in the credit union business. Own a few shares of AOL (about 10% of my portfolio). The reason I post here is because so much of what one can read in the press is based on a kernal of truth, but misses accurate reporting by a country mile. As a daily user, I know what my experiences and impressions of the trends in quality and content and value of the service are. Occasionally I have gotten frustrated with the stone throwers and bashers hereabouts,...and have lashed out. I will not do that again. No reason reasonable people can't disagree in a civil fashion.
