I would guess both stocks would rise?Gambling on the stock swap. I guess it amounts to who knows what? I just believe after such an annoucement a drop will occur. I would rather see an uninvited bid! But, from my previous post that showed Cascade and US Robotics being merged during 40/60% of their 52wk highs Makes you wonder what kind of talks ASND would be involved in? JJ
