The world is changing and technology is bringing about the biggest changes not only in efficiency but in speed. P.E. are nothing but a perception . What was a high P.E. in the old economy might not be so in the new economy.
For any society or country to move forward change must be at the forefront of this movement.
In the past we have never seen companies grow like cisco had grown quarter after quarter , that is until the fed changed its monetary bias towards interest rates.
Technology isnt dead but just taking a breather.
