No, I still disagree. There are many sub-markets here. ASND does not have to compete with CSCO in all of them - just the highest growth ones will do fine. RAS (especially carrier level), F/R, ATM, GE, IP switch and Fiber Optics/ASICs to keep an edge over the competition, by allowing higher speed and density, lower cost per port, etc. ASND does not need COMS - someone prove to me why they do, if you can. ASND could make other much better moves, IMO.
