I meant the whole area is too crowded, not Woodinville specifically. The times I have actually been there have been to go to the brewery or winery, and the trips have been quite pleasant. Now getting into and out of Redmond is a different story. 520 is a mess, and the whole area is constantly under construction with new Microsoft campuses, etc. Still a very pretty area, and a full acre in Woodinville would be a pretty nice place to settle I would imagine.

"Where do you live that it is not too crowded?"
I live in Concord, CA and can assure that it is WAY too crowded for me. Did not mean to imply that I had solved the congestion problem yet. That said, me and my wife just purchased 143 acres in Shasta county that is surrounded by another 150 (plus or minus) acres that are unbuildable (some Forest Service land and some owned by a logging company called Sierra Pacific). Was not planning on buying near that large of a parcel, but stumbled across this land that my wife and I think is beautiful, but the whole chunk cost LESS than the lot we live in in Concord IF we knocked our house down! Had to do it, and looking forward to eventually build and live on it. Hopefully sooner rather than later, but we will see. If you would like to see a view, go to hirzbay.com
