Gotta go with Obama, though agree it's a close call when we compare him to Woodrow Wilson. Wilson was one of the major architects of The Treaty Of Versailles. One of the worst international agreements of all time! Just one of many examples? Wars are STILL being fought over the ridiculous, ill advised, "national" territorial bounders it established in partitioning the Ottoman Empire, after WWI.

If that weren't enough? Before WWI, Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act. IMHO, as a retired professional investor, it's one of the 5 worst and most destructive laws in American History. And yes folks, no question Obamacare is very hi in that top 5.
