Twinning of a twin. Picture this: Initial holes gets twinned.

Umpire hole - is it drilled on side opposite to initial hole and beside the twin, or is it drilled on side opposite the twin, and beside the initial hole. Could make quite a difference if the geology is highly heterogeneous in that location. There are other possibilities.
