It's about time Apple kicked some lame CPU butt: "contract requirements forced Steve Jobs to place a call to CompUSA executives earlier this month. According to several sources with ties to Apple and CompUSA retail sectors, a number of CompUSA retail outlets have failed to meet the minimum requirements for Apple certified staff on hand from opening to close. According to other sources, several locations do not even staff an Apple certified technician, let alone provide one around the clock." Now maybe CPU will get it's act together- lmason
