I contacted MSN to resolve my problem with getting knocked of line. They told me to do the same thing you said and the same thing I have done.
Simply put, the "do not disconnect from MSN for......" is not availible on my system. It is grayed out and you cannot put a check mark there.

Well, I have decided that I am simply having too many problems with my computer lately and I think something is wrong in my system. I am going to get someone to come out and fix it for me maybe even reformat it for me. I have never gotten my scanner to work and lately I have been getting a lot of error messages so its time to get this thing seen about.

It sure is nice to see this thread has grown and Mark you are doing a great job. I bet you have saved different people hundreds of dollars. Good job.
