By the end of this month, there will be 12.75M shares outstanding - about 1/2 of the increase is 144 stock meaning that there is a 1 year hold. I have always said that the number of shares will increase over time - probably to 17M to 20M shares. Obviously, the company is not in an earning position and probably will not be in one for another year or so. So the company does financings from time to time - the majority of the money is going to hire more sales and tech support people. If anyone has financing questions, please call me. Today will be a little erratic for me because I'm still on the road, but I am in my office all next week.
