STK1: Would appreciate your opinion on how you see VOCL implementing this agreement with China Telecom. Do you think this arrangement will take a long time before they start generating revenues from it, or do you see some upfront money to add to next quarter earnings? Today's stock movement wasn't particularly overwhelming when one considers the long term implications for VOCL. Would you agree? What other news are you anticipating? thanks
